• Changes can be made to a booking until 7 days prior to arrival (date, number of persons, extensions, etc.). From day 6 prior to arrival, all costs caused by the changes will be charged.
• Reservations can be cancelled up to 6 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after the 6th day prior to arrival the following costs will be charged:
  • 50% of the total reservation or package price from the 6th to the 2nd day prior to arrival;
  • 100% from the 2nd day prior to arrival.

All notes and invoices shall be paid in cash upon receipt or at the latest on the day of the customer's departure, unless explicitly otherwise agreed. Any notes and invoices not paid on the due date shall legally and without notice accrue an interest of 15% per year with a minimum of €50.00. In case of disputes only the courts of Bruges will have jurisdiction.

• Rooms are available from 2.00 pm.
• Apartments are available from 3.00 pm.
• If an advance is paid or credit card data are given as a guarantee, the rooms will be kept until 7.00 pm. If you are arriving after 7.00 pm please notify the hotel of your expected time of arrival.

Exceptions are possible if otherwise agreed.

• Rooms must be vacated at the latest by 11.00 am. After 11.00 am an additional night will be charged.
