Useful information about our hotel

All prices are per room, breakfast buffet included. Breakfast continues from 8am to 11am. Breakfast service in the room is possible. For half board we offer you € 10.00 discount on the respective night.

General terms and conditions

1 - Reservations

Up to 7 days before arrival, the customer can make changes (date, number of persons, extension, etc.). From the 6th day onwards, all costs resulting from this will be charged.
Up to 6 days before arrival, the customer may cancel his booking. If the customer cancels from the 6th day before arrival, the following amounts will be charged:
50% of the total booked accommodation or package price from the 6th to the 2nd day before arrival
100% from the 2nd day before arrival
All bills or invoices shall be paid in cash upon receipt or at the latest on the day of the customer’s departure, unless expressly stipulated otherwise. On the due date of unpaid bills or invoices, these shall automatically incur interest of 15% per annum with a minimum of € 50.00 without prior notice. In case of disputes, only the courts of Bruges are competent
Young people <18 years old are not allowed in hotel Atlanta and holiday apartments without a parent/guardian during the entire stay.

2- Arrival - Check-in

Rooms are available from 2.30 p.m.
Apartments are available from 3 pm
Upon payment of deposit or statement of credit card guarantee number, rooms are guaranteed until 7pm. In case of arrival after 7 pm, please inform the hotel and give the estimated time of arrival.
Exceptions are possible if agreed otherwise

3- Departure - Check-out

Rooms must be vacated by 11 am at the latest. After 11 am, the next night will be charged
Exceptions can be made if agreed otherwise

4- Prices

All our prices are based per room, breakfast included
Rates are subject to change without notice
Our rates vary by room type, availability, day of the week and season
During periods of high demand or major events and for certain packages, we may require a minimum stay. You will be informed at the time of your reservation

5 - Parking

The hotel is not responsible for any damage or accident to your car in the hotel car park. If you need your car during your stay, please let reception know in the morning so we can drive up your car for you.

6 - Pets

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
Dogs are not allowed loose in the restaurant and must stay under the table during meals
Dogs are not allowed to sit on the furniture
Dogs are not allowed at the buffet*
Feed your dog in the room, not in the restaurant, veranda, bar or terrace

* Demonstrated guide and assistance dogs are excluded
